CONDITIONS

BSTAR only accommodates adults aged 18 and over.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Your room will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

CHECK IN in the presence of the staff will be from 2 pm to 6 pm after notification of the time of arrival. At other times of the day, it will be possible to CHECK IN independently with prior notice and on the instructions of the staff.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast will be served from 8 am to 10 am.

ROOM CLEANING
The cleaning of the rooms will take place from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm. If guests do not wish the room to be cleaned, they must display a “do not disturb” sign.
In any case, staff who note the guest’s presence during these hours will not clean and tidy the room.

CHANGE OF LINEN
Every 3 days

IN OUR BED & BREAKFAST pets are not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility, which is equipped with a smoke and fire protection system.
Only guests who are properly registered at the time of booking and payment may enter the facility.
